Muurikka smoking pan is a high quality stainless steel smoker that can be used with a normal BBQ, stove top and even over an open fire. When using the pan without smoking chips, it works as an oven. Muurikka smoking pan diameter is 42cm and includes a smoking griddle & fat plate. Order here>>.
Our non-stick, reusable smoking basket can be used with all our smokers and grills and makes it easy to prepare smaller chunks of vegetables, meat, fish and bread. It is also handy if you need to keep certain foods separate from the rest of the cooking. Order Here>>.
The Muurikka Griddle Pan is available in 48cm and NOW also in 78 cm and is sold with removable 22 cm legs.
Very versatile, incredibly long lasting and can be used over an open fire, in various grills, gas burners, electric grills etc. Some people use these pans with disposable barbecues – no more burned sausages or raw chicken !

Lumps of sugar and juniper twigs are often used for seasoning smoked foods. An excessive amount of chips may give a bitter taste. Use only clean and dried wood for smoking.
Do not use decayed or mouldy chips. To get a milder smoky taste, you can precook the fish or meat whithout smoking chips, and then add the chips at the final stage of the cooking process.
The durations are approximate. Trying is the best way to find the right duration. Please consider while using the Smoking Oven that the temperature may rise very quickly, so you have to keep watching the cooking process. You can use a meat thermometer as an aid. You can also use a grill basket and aluminium on the grating.
