Discover the perfect smoked meal, from start to finish with the new Muurikka Smoker. You’ve grilled, barbecued, steamed and fried – now you’re smokin’ with our easy to use versatile oven.

Change the chips and taste the difference by adding flavour to fish, meat, sausages and vegetables – wherever you choose to use on the balcony or at the camp site.

A range of wood chips can be used to smoke different foods, oak is suitable for all and is supplied with the product. For examples of cooking durations see below. These vary based on the food type and the weight. Note that lumps of sugar are often used for seasoning smoked foods, these can be placed on the wood chip tray.

Lumps of sugar and juniper twigs are often used for seasoning smoked foods. An excessive amount of chips may give a bitter taste. Use only clean and dried wood for smoking.

Do not use decayed or mouldy chips. To get a milder smoky taste, you can precook the fish or meat whithout smoking chips, and then add the chips at the final stage of the cooking process.

The durations are approximate. Trying is the best way to find the right duration. Please consider while using the Smoking Oven that the temperature may rise very quickly, so you have to keep watching the cooking process. You can use a meat thermometer as an aid. You can also use a grill basket and aluminium on the grating.

  • 150 ml mayonese
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 0.75 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 glove of garlic (chopped)
